Licensing Sub-Committee
The Licensing Sub-Committee is a sub-committee of the Licensing and Public Protection Committee (L&PPC) comprised of 3 Members of the Council drawn from the membership of the L&PPC.
Pursuant to section 10(1) of the Licensing Act 2003, the L&PPC delegates to the Licensing Sub-Committee all of its functions under the Licensing Act 2003 and the Gambling Act 2005.
