Wellness Week - Activities from 3rd September!

Why not join us this week to take advantage of a whole host of activities this week, all designed to benefit your health and wellbeing.

Whether taking your first steps into exercise through enjoying the group walking activities to reminiscence over a tea and cake for mental wellbeing there is something going on for absolutely everyone.

Check out the Wellness Week timetable for further details to experience everything from Magic Mike at the Prince of Wales on Tuesday for families with pre-school children to the finale on Saturday at Chase Leisure Centre, when its opens it doors to lots of free activities.

If you can’t make this week, many of the activities are regular, you are always welcome to join them at a later date.
