When its time to make a change

If you’ve been thinking about making changes to your lifestyle, such as stopping smoking, losing weight, eating more healthily, drinking a little less alcohol or taking part in more activities then the Healthy Staffordshire Hub can help.

It provides information, advice and guidance about how to lead a healthier lifestyle and gives you access to self-help tools, phone and tablet apps and assessments that can be used to take steps towards a healthier lifestyle.

To provide ongoing support, motivation and encouragement the Hub will also send texts, social media tweets / posts and provide you with follow up calls and emails. Referrals can also be made by GPs to the Healthy Lifestyle Service where more in depth and tailored support is needed around achieving and maintaining a healthy weight, stopping smoking and drinking less alcohol. Whatever lifestyle changes you are planning to make, the support offered through the Healthy Staffordshire Hub could be just the thing to get you started.
