Cannock Chase Council has today launched its latest review of polling districts, polling places and polling stations used for Parliamentary and local elections and is seeking views from residents on any suggested changes they may have.
The review considers factors such as ease of access, location within a polling district, availability, facilities and the number of electors per polling station.
The Electoral Commission requires the district council to complete such a review every five years. The last review was undertaken in 2019/20, and this latest review must be completed by 31 January 2025.
Further details about the review process and how to take part in the consultation can be viewed on the review web page.
The consultation is open until Monday 4 November.
