The British Armed Forces Day will this year be held on Saturday 25th June, with the day being an opportunity for the whole nation to show its appreciation for the contributions made by those who serve, or have served in Her Majesty’s Armed Forces.
To celebrate this day Cannock Chase Council will continue with tradition and fly a specially commissioned Armed Forces Day Flag, which will be raised during a small flag raising ceremony on Monday 20th June. The flag will be raised at the front of the Civic Centre Building, Beecroft Road, Cannock at 10 a.m. prompt.
