Councillor Zaphne Stretton said “I am delighted to take on the role as Chairman for Cannock Chase Council for the second time.  It is a privileged position to represent Cannock Chase Council and the residents of the District.”

Zaphne will be supported by Michael during her term in office who will work as her consort.
