Cannock Chase Council is proud to announce the launch of its ‘Grants 4 Growth’ programme—a new funding initiative designed to support the growth and development of small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs) across the district.
Part of the Council’s 2025–26 UK Shared Prosperity Fund programme, the Grants 4 Growth scheme offers eligible local businesses who have been trading from 12 months onwards the opportunity to apply for funding ranging from £1,000 to £10,000 to support business expansion, innovation, and resilience.
The grant programme is match funded, with Cannock Chase Council contributing 60% toward eligible project costs and businesses providing a 40% match. Projects must be delivered and completed within three months of receiving the Fund Agreement, ensuring quick and effective investment into the local economy.

This funding gives SMEs the opportunity to invest in their growth and future, and we encourage eligible businesses to apply.”
The Council is encouraging all qualifying SMEs across Cannock Chase to explore this opportunity to secure support for capital investment, productivity improvements, and business innovation.
