The 2020/21 new look waste and recycling calendars are on the way to residents in Cannock Chase.
The new calendars will be distributed to over 44,000 households in the District over the next few weeks. The calendars are in a landscape format this year, and they form part of an information booklet, which includes a guide of what can and can’t go in your waste and recycling bins.
Councillor Josh Newbury, Portfolio Leader for Environment said “Look out for your 2020/21 calendar coming directly through your letterbox. We recommend that you keep your calendar accessible; I keep mine on my fridge. Not only does it tell you when your collection dates are, it also gives information on what can and can’t be recycled. The recent bin sticker is also replicated in there, which can be used as a handy reminder. The quality of our recycling has improved since the bin sticker was introduced and I want to personally thank residents for their efforts.”
You can also find out what goes in which bin by using our search facility on our website: www.cannockchasedc.gov.uk/whichbin.
All calendars will be delivered by the end of November. If you don’t receive one or lose it you can also download and print replacement calendars from our website http://www.cannockchasedc.gov.uk/residents/recycling-waste/waste-and-recycling-collection-calendars.”
