The County Council elections will take place on Thursday 1 May 2025.
Cannock Chase is responsible for holding elections for the seven new County electoral divisions, each of which are represented by one councillor.
After a recent County boundary review, the new boundary can be viewed on Local Government Boundary Commission for England's website.

Voting by Post
The deadline to apply to vote by post for this election is 5pm on 14 April 2025.
To apply to vote by post (if you are not already registered to do so), you will need to complete omplete a postal vote application online.
Postal Vote Dispatch Dates
Applications to vote by post that are processed before 18 March will be mailed out on or around 11 April.
Applications made between 18 March and the deadline of 5pm on 14 April will be mailed out on or around 22 April.
For all applications please take into account the Easter Holiday period - Good Friday is 18 April and Easter Monday is 21 April.
