Notice is hereby given under Section 87(2) of the Local Government Act 1972 that a casual vacancy exists in the office of Ward Councillor for the Hednesford Pye Green Ward.
After the required notice of vacancy has been given to the undersigned, in writing, by two local government electors for the local authority area, an election to fill the vacancy would normally be held within thirty-five days (computed in accordance with Section 243(4) of the Local Government Act, 1972).
If no request for an election is received, the seat will remain vacant*.
