The Annual Report 2018-2019 is part of the Council’s performance reporting, collating and illustrating the major events, service delivery and financial information for the financial year in a publicly accessible, user friendly format. Key information regarding major projects and service demand are presented under sections for each of the Council’s priorities, set out in the Corporate Plan 2018-23, namely:
- Promoting Prosperity
- Community Wellbeing
A summary of financial information regarding the Council’s income and expenditure for the year is included, including a summary of the major areas of capital expenditure for the year. In addition, the Annual Report also sets out the external funding coming into the District from the Greater Birmingham and Solihull Local Enterprise Partnership, Staffordshire and Stoke-on-Trent Local Enterprise Partnership and the West Midlands Combined Authority. In total this external funding investment was £1,225,079 during 2018/19.
