Cannock Chase Council commissioned Acuity, a market research company that specialises in the social housing sector, to carry out a survey on its behalf collecting up-to-date information about the people who live in their households.

The survey began on 29th September 2025 and has now been completed. 
Thank you to everybody who participated in the survey.

The 2025/26 survey achieved an excellent response rate, with over 50% of all tenants responding, either online, by post or telephone. 

The survey collected up to date household and demographic data which will be used to update current tenant and household information that we hold in the Housing Management system. 

Housing Services are currently carefully analysing the results and transferring the data into our systems. Once completed, we hope to better understand tenants’ needs and be able to tailor the delivery of housing services, including signposting tenants to the right services and support, and ensuring that any communication with tenants is easily accessible.
