This includes processing applications, assessing re-housing priority, administration of the housing register, information on allocation priorities, advice and support, making offers of accommodation and creating new tenancies.
The Housing Allocations team is part of the Tenancy Services Section of the Council's Housing Department. It is responsible for:
- Processing housing and transfer applications

- Providing information and support to housing applicants
- Promoting Mutual Exchanges and processing mutual exchange applications
