Neighbourhoods Team

Improving conditions for tenants. The team make estates places where people are proud and happy to live and manage the terms and conditions of the tenancy agreement.

Housing Allocations

Housing applications and social housing accommodation. Provides information and advice on how to apply.  

Income Management

Speak to the Income Management Team about your rent account and to get advice about the support available to help you pay.

Maintenance and Repairs

Undertake repairs and maintenance on council properties.
