Housing Consultations

As part of keeping our tenants and residents at the centre of everything we do, this is a dedicated page for you to have your say and shape the services we deliver for you.

A consultation is a process where we ask for your views to help us make a decision on a specific topic.

We will consider what you tell us and use this, along with other information, to inform our policies and procedures, recommendations and decisions that could affect you.

If you have any additional comments on anything, please email residentengagement@cannockchasedc.gov.uk or telephone 01543 462621.

All current consultations are listed below.

Damp and Mould Survey - Organised by Tenant and Leaseholder Review Panel

This Survey has been organised by the Tenant and Leaseholder Review Panel. To find out more about the panel, please visit our webpage - Tenant and Leaseholder Review Panel

We’d like your feedback on how we communicate about damp and mould, following the changes introduced in October 2025. This short survey is designed to assess how effective our current communication methods are, including leaflets, videos, social media and information on our website.

Your views will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, ensuring our information is clear, accessible and useful for all residents. It only takes a few minutes to complete—thank you for helping us improve our service.

The Survey will be open for two weeks and will close on Wednesday 17th June.

The survey can be accessed from the link below or by scanning the QR Code:
