We’d like your feedback on how we communicate about damp and mould, following the changes introduced in October 2025. This short survey is designed to assess how effective our current communication methods are, including leaflets, videos, social media and information on our website.
Your views will help us understand what’s working well and where we can improve, ensuring our information is clear, accessible and useful for all residents.
